Refunds?

Why so expensive?

We have an initial deposit fee of $100, if you choose to go through with our services this will be added as a credit to your consultation fee - $250.

Services vary from $500 to the thousands depending on the type of work your property needs and the hours we will be there.

We always recommend calling and having a phone consultation with us first to see if we are right for you.

Please note your deposit fee will not be refunded to you if you choose to not to go through with our services - this is to protect us and our time.

If you have pre-paid for services and change your mind please contact us ASAP and we can work on getting your money back to you.

Personally we do not think that our services are that expensive, the work that we do is very draining both physically and mentally for us and takes up a lot of our time.

Also, when you work with us you are getting generations of knowledge that has been passed down to us.

How much do your services cost?

Just the two of you?

I'm located far away.

Depending on the work you may have Sasha and Chloe working together or just one of them.

We do have contracts with external specialists who are occasionally brought in to work with us - they understand our privacy agreements and will never post your story or information unless you give permission

Occasionally we will do jobs that require us to travel, this of course means we will be including a travel and accommodation fee within our expenses.

Sometimes we will recommend you to someone else in your area if we trust in the work that they will do for you and you are happy to do so.

Names and photos

My file

We will never use you or your families name or photos without permission, if you consent to us using photos there will be in no way any indication of where they were taken (street names, locations, markers, etc.)

All of our cases are kept in files locked away in a secure location, currently only Sasha and Chloe have access to any and all files.

In the future your files will be available to our descendants who take over Umbra, just as we have access to case files from generations before us.

These files will never be shared, we only keep them to gain knowledge so that we can assist other people.
